Who doesn't like grilled cheese? If anyone is trying to cut down or watch their weight and loves cream cheese, I want to recommend you try out this recipe using laughing cow cheese wedges. This is low in calories and taste extremely good. The best part is, you can have this legally while dieting and it's easy to make. What could be better? Hope you enjoy!
Laughing Cow Grown-Up Grilled Cheese

2 whole wedges of The Laughing Cow® Light French Onion Cheese
2 slices Hearty White Bread such as Italian, Sourdough or Brioche
1 tsp Dijon-style Mustard
2 slices shaved Ham
2 tsp Light Whipped Butter
Spread Dijon-style mustard and Light French Onion cheese on both sides of bread. Place ham in between the 2 slices, cheese side in, forming a sandwich. Spread softened butter on both outer sides of sandwich. Cook sandwich in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut in half.
Substitutions: Substitute Light Original Swiss cheese or Light Garlic & Herb cheese wedges.
